Primary role is to facilitate a monthly raffle process, the proceeds of which benefit a variety of outreach and scholarship initiatives.
- Attend all monthly TBTA Meetings.
- Solicit contributions for monthly drawing to benefit TBTA community outreach and professional development opportunities.
- Bring tickets and a hat/basket/bowl to each meeting.
- Have a meeting attendee draw the winning ticket and announce the winning ticket number at the end of each meeting.
- Facilitate completion of two 50/50 Contribution Forms by the winner; one to be provided to Secretary and one to the Treasurer.
- Provide winnings to member per their election on the Contribution Form.
- Submit the completed form (Treasurer’s copy) with remaining proceeds to the Treasurer.
